Colors and Prints
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Any color difference issue, unless agreed by Dexpel will not consider a return or replace case.
In cases where the dimensions of the source file is not given by the customer, the printing is done as per industry norms and standards. Like a 15″ Laptop skins will have a standard dimensions set. Or a shirt where you have placed a logo on the pocket will be as per norm which can be 2-3″. Our max printing range for cotton tees (Graphic tees) is 10″ of either side which ever reaches first.
Size of Print On cotton
The customizer we have given on the web site is just to depict what you want, yes we will follow the sizes you give to take judgement as to what you want. But in cotton max length or width will be 10″ whatever comes first.
Rejection of Print and images on Custom Orders
Sassy Stylez reserves the right to reject any order or image in a custom skin if it does not fit the terms and condition. Such image might include nude, PG 18+, Porn or un-ethical, hate speech, violence, or religious attack images.
Size, Placement and adjustment
The online designer is just there to give you an idea, do not expect everything to be perfect to every millimeter. Sassy Stylez designer, printers and tailors will slightly adjust your work into the products canvas that you have ordered. So please expect some cropping, resizing, adjusting. If you want it pixel perfect then please mention it in the order so that if such changes are required, we hold the order.
Inaccuracy Disclaimer
From time to time there may be information on the Sassy Stylez web site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your Sassy Stylez purchase you may return it as per the Return Policy conditions.
Termination:
Sassy Stylez may suspend or terminate your use of the Website or any Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have breached any of the Terms.
If you or Sassy Stylez terminates your use of the Website or any Service, Sassy Stylez may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Service. Sassy Stylez will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so.
You shall be liable to pay for any Service or product that you have already ordered till the time of Termination by either party whatsoever.
Special Offers/ Contest Wins / Sale Promotion’s
Winners of specific contests can use their coupons in the sale. Multiple coupons may not be redeemed against a single order. Sale discounts apply to selected items only.
Promotional offers and discounts may be combined only at the discretion of Sassy Stylez. All offers are non-transferable and have no cash value. Sassy Stylez reserves the right to extend or terminate the offers/sale, without further information at any point of time.

General Terms for Offers and Promotions
Discounts will be applied to the total order value including applicable taxes.
Only one credit note/gift coupon/coupon can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
Discount coupons – Discount coupons may from time to time be offered to account holders; such coupons may only be applied to purchases made through the account to which the discount coupon was offered and registered.
There will be no redemption on the coupon value. You cannot ask for cash in return of a coupon, you can only purchase item from Sassy Stylez of that amount.
Promotional discount coupons – We may from time to time offer promotional discount coupons which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.
Sassy Stylez shall introduce various offers, schemes or contest at different times. The terms and conditions for such Contest shall be separately available on the site, and may vary from competition to competition.
Sassy Stylez reserves the right to change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions prevailing on the different promotional schemes it introduces in market from time to time. Sassy Stylez, at its discretion, can withdraw a particular scheme from the website or market.

However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting Sassy Stylez, and its affiliated companies to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein.
Sassy Stylez disclaims its rights in most of the art work material. In cases where the art work was paid and is in knowledge of the company, we are not liable to entertain any infringement calls. In cases where the calling party proves that it’s a copyrighted art work, Sassy Stylez will immediately remove those images. Please be assured that it is the duty of the artist or the company to point out that its artwork didn’t allowed copy/reproduction etc.
